The Oseco PLR rupture disk is designed for extremely low pressures in an all metal design. It is available in sizes 1" through 8". Standard materials of construction include Hastelloy (C-276), 316 Stainless Steel, Nickel, Monel and Inconel.

Other materials are available on request. For additional corrosion protection a PFA Fluoropolymer liner is available on the process side; please specify type PLRL. The armored construction of the PLR protects the disk from damage that can affect the performance of other low-pressure rupture disks.
