MAS-1 |
Oseco's MAS-1 and MAS-2 multi-channel alarm monitors offer the optimum in performance technology. The MAS-1 is pre-wired for up to six Oseco BDA modules and can handle up to six Intrinsically Safe barriers to provide Intrinsically Safe field outputs.
The MAS-1 monitors are used in areas where close monitoring is highly critical. |

MAS-2 |
The MAS-2 is pre-wired to accommodate up to eight Oseco BDA modules. Designed for General Purpose applications.
Both units accept multiple power variance i.e. 24VDC, 115 VAC or 230 VAC. Both come with fused power inputs and both operate with normally open relay outputs for each channel. They are readily compatible with your DCS or PLC system. |

Oseco BDA MODULE |
The advantage of this economical device is its flexibility. It's small enough to fit almost anywhere. The BDA is versatile because it operates on 110 VAC, 220VAC or 24 VDC.
It provides an audible alarm, relay and visual indicator. It's UL recognized and CSA certified. The BDA uses an 11 pin socket, which fits on to a standard din rail. If power is interrupted, the unit gives no false alarm once power is restored. The BDA can be used as a single unit or in multiples...whether you choose Intrinsically Safe (consult factory for specific details) or General Purpose. Contact Oseco today with your application. |

Bolted Assembly |
The Oseco Bolted Rupture Disk Holders are available with any combination of either threaded or weld-neck inlet and outlet connections. Full diameter flat faced inlet and outlet flanges are available and designed to be used between ANSI companion flanges.
The Bolted Rupture Disk Holders are designed to be used with or in place of ANSI flanges and comply with ANSI B16.5. Standard materials of construction are carbon steel and 316 Stainless Steel. Other materials are available on request. |

Booted Holder |
The Oseco fluoropolymer-booted insert holder is used in applications where aggressive corrosives are present. A solid PFA insert is pressed into the inner diameter of FRDI and PRDI non-torque-sensitive holders.
When used with rupture disks with fluoropolymer liners attached to the process side, only fluoropolymer is in contact with the media. |

Oseco’s protective pipe covers shield and save.
Oseco’s protective pipe covers save you money by helping to reduce the amount of water from rain and snow that accumulates in the outlet of a service relief valve on top of a rupture disk.
In addition, it keeps birds and insects from carrying debris into the outlet of an SRV. The cover wil blow off to indicate that the valve has relieved or the disk has ruptured. To retain the cover near the valve location, a tether rope attachment is supplied. |

Covers are constructed of heavy-duty vinyl or Neoprene-coated polyester, with drawstring and grommet to prevent loss when valve relieves. Easy to install, covers fit over straight-cut or angle discharge piping. Please specify whether straight- or angle-cut covers are desired. |
