The Oseco AMS Burst Disc Sensor has been designed to meet industry demands for a more corrosion-resistant and higher temperature sensor. This is achieved by using high alloy corrosion-resistant membranes, standard 316 Stainless Steel, and extra-strong cable connections. The burst disc sensor is supplied with three feet of shielded and fluoropolymer insulated cable. With Oseco's burst disc sensors, relief systems installation and maintenance costs are minimized.

Installation and Function

The AMS Burst Disc Sensor is installed on the vent side of the bursting disc assembly.  Upon rupture of the bursting disc, the disc alarm circuit is opened by the flowing media. The open circuit can be used to activate a variety of alarms, including computer-controlled systems.
