ICD (Intermodal Container Disc)
The ICD is a high-performance scored disc used to protect intermodal containers. The ICD utilizes a nickel disc, stainless steel centering ring, as well as a fluoropolymer liner on the process side and fluoropolymer gaskets.
- FAS disc
- Used for the protection of intermodal containers
- Designed as a non-fragmenting rupture disc
- Score lines on convex side of disc, away from the process
- No vacuum support required
- Good in gas or liquid applications
- Standard materials: Nickel disc, Stainless Steel rings, Fluoropolymer gaskets, and a Fluoropolymer liner on the process side of the rupture disc.
