HCL-RC
The HCL-RC, Hydrochloric Acid Railcar Disc, has a large 4.75" OD typically used in rubber lined tank cars. Made with durable Ryton plastic, the HCL-RC comes as standard with fluoropolymer liners and gaskets adhered to both sides, giving maximum corrosion reistance.
- Designed primarily for rubber-lined tank cars used in Hydrochloric Acid service
- Has a 4.75" O.D.
- Standard material construction is Ryton with Fluoropolymer linings, and 1/32" Fluoropolymer gaskets secured to both sides
- Same rupture pressure in both direction (bidirectional)
- Damage resistant
- Resistant to premature rupture during coupling and switching
