Vice President of Sales
If you are an outstanding Executive Level Sales Professional, we want you to join our team! We are actively seeking a dynamic leader with a proven successful track record to help us reach new levels in the global marketplace
Minimal requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Science from a four-year accredited college or university (MBA preferred).
- A minimum of ten years of progressive responsibility in sales management with industrial products sold through direct sales or independent representatives
Proven exceptional skills in the areas of:
- Design and implementation of creative and effective sales programs that have a demonstrated impact on financial results
- Negotiations and Customer Relations
- Financial analysis, including the ability to understand and interpret P&L and Balance Sheets
- Ethical Leadership / Motivation
- Building and maintaining relationships – both internally with employees and externally with customers
- Written and verbal communication (foreign language skills a plus)

Requirements
Essential duties of the position:
- Directing and coordinating Oseco’s sales functions including analysis and evaluation of methods and results
- Developing and executing aggressive sales plans and programs, including setting short and long range goals and objectives to ensure profit growth
- Expanding Oseco’s market share not only in current industries but in new areas as well
- Managing, coordinating and building major national and international accounts
- Reviewing and analyzing sales projections
- Conducting and evaluating market surveys for competitive product pricing and the development of new products
- Participating in new product design and review
- Consulting, supporting and coaching sales management team, including team of outside independent sales representatives
- Significant travel required
